Q: How do I sign up for class?             A: Please fill out the form under the "Register for Class tab" or call (740) 326-1382

Q: How do I pay for class?                A: Please pay the day of class. We can accept cash, credit or debit card, or a money order.

Q: Where is class?                            A: 408 Coshocton Ave, Mount Vernon Oh 43050

Q: How do I get my certificate?        A: You must complete all 8 hours of class in order to get your certificate. Certificates will be                                                                           given out at the end of class.

Q: How much does class cost?         A: Cost for an 8 hour class is $150. Replacement certificates are $25.

Things to bring with you to class:

  • Valid photo ID

  • Your driver's license number : you can obtain your drivers license number from the Bureau go Motor Vehicles by calling (614) 752-7500.

  • If you're taking the course to satisfy the BMV requirement, you will receive documentation that you need to return to the BMV upon completion of class.
